Q: Hi Eugene, I'm interested in get full stacks on this.

I'd like to get clarify on these questions:
1. I'm using different 3rd party community platforms such as AI Chat, Calendly, Webinar,.. Can i integrate them into the website widget instead of using from the existing one?

2. Are you planning to add more SMS providers such as Nexmo (Vonage) & Plivo down the road?

3. Is it possible to add multiple virtual phone numbers to a single account or website, and later on incorporate additional phone numbers from various providers?

4. Can team members collaborate and be assigned to respond to each customer on individual accounts?

5. Can you give some of the use cases for using API?

A: Hi eBizTech!

Thank you for your questions, and we are connecting with you over our ticketing system.

1. We don't have integrations with AI Chat, Calendly, and Webinar. We will add them to our Wish List under Product Roadmap and will start collecting votes and prioritizing. You can integrate our widget with Chat-GPT on the back-end to enable chatbot.

2. For the other SMS providers, Telnyx is on the roadmap since many people asked about it, and Nexmo and Plivio will be added to priorities based on demand.

3. To make sure we understand each other. Each website can have 1 verified Caller ID (for callbacks) and multiple agent phone numbers connected on the back-end. Also, it's important to mention that the virtual phone system operates independently from the website or website widgets.

4. We have a shared inbox for SMS messages but can't re-assign conversations from agent to agent. This will be a good feature to add.

5. API is used for receiving leads from other systems and for passing call logs to other systems. Please check our API docs in the footer of our website.

Q: Hello It was my understanding when reading other potential purchasers questions that if I made subaccounts or ...

aded team members to the acount or made sub accounts they would not see Voizee brand name anywhere. I purchased level 3 option and I dont see this option. Isnt this why level 3 says Brand Removal as this is why I purchased level 3 ??? Please explain thank you

Thank you for reaching out. There is a difference between "Brand Removal" and "White Label"

- Brand Removal - in terms of this deal and plans listed on our website, this means removing "Powered by Voizee" from the website widget

- White Label - means that you can put your logo and apply your custom URL using CNAME. White Label was available from Tier 4

Q: Also do you have help videos or docs that explain the setup ?

I had asked before purchase if my agents within the office would be able to log into their own accounts in dashboard to keep track of and handle any calls that they may have answered when I forwarded the calls to ring all my agents phone simultaneously and was told the system could do this just dont have any help files to go by to build the back end Thanks

Q: Hey, will you be coming back to AppSumo?

I only purchased Tier 3, because I assumed "Branding Removal" meant whitelabel.

Now that I've just activated Voizee, and am in my Voizee dashboard, I see that within Voizee it says that only Tier 4 offers whitelabel. However, whitelabel wasn't listed here at all on your AppSumo features.

I'm disappointed I didn't have that information available, so I could get Tier 4, instead of 3, as whitelabel was my primary purchase driver.

I'll check to see how the branding looks in Voizee, but if it's not truly whitelabel, and I can't upgrade to Tier 4, I might have to refund if I don't get the opportunity to upgrade.
