Q: What does "Ability to upgrade or downgrade between 5 license tiers" really means?

Is that means I can purchase License Tier 1 now, and I will be able to upgrade to License Tier 2 anytime after this?

Absolutely! "Ability to upgrade or downgrade between 5 license tiers" means you have the flexibility to change your plan according to your evolving needs. If you start with License Tier 1, you can indeed upgrade to License Tier 2 (or any higher tier) whenever you're ready as long as the deal is still public on Appsumo.

Q: I bought a tier 3 plan and I find this difficult to set up … I am asking for assistance and your customer ...

service is now saying I need to upgrade to an enterprise plan to add 5 people. My tier allows 10. Please clarify, because this feels very scammy.

You were asking in our customer-service about the "Expert Directory" which right now hasn't formally launched (still in design = BETA). In addition, this will most-probably be an "Enterprise" feature. The Appsumo plans are attached to the Cleve/Genius plans with additional benefits.

let's say I have 100 total recordings and I used 20, so if I delete 10 recordings will it I have 90 again?

A: Hello Jad,
Thanks for this question.
The recordings total in 100 recordings. This is related to the costs of composing these recordings (gathering all the video streams and creating one video out of them). So deleting 10 will not change and you'll be left with 80 recordings in your example.
